 When entering a call for rural fire, change the City field to the nearest city before adding them to the call. This allows their paging system to show correct location. |

| To add rural fire to a call: D1 (indicates district 1, use appropriate district) - FR (first responders or FD for fire) 1 (to designate which group if multiple calls for district, can be 1,2,3) DU, D1FR1 (first responders) DU, D1FD1 (fire response) Once you attach them to a call - you'll see a notation in the call activity saying it was sent to Chief360. This is the software that sends the calls to the firemen's phones. |
