Once logged in at the top right-hand corner there is a globe. You will click on that, and it will give the option to lock or unlock. To unlock the doors, you will click the unlock and confirm unlock. This will then send a notification to everyone that uses this system to let them know that it was unlocked. The superintendent and deputy superintendent are the only other ones that have access to this system. Once we set off the sirens, we will also unlock the doors if they have not already been unlocked. The superintendent will also notify the tornado shelter managers to go to the shelters to get everything set up. They are also setting our dispatch cell phone and email up to get those notifications.
